Did you fall of your chair? Start to choke on your water? I know, I know I can't believe I am just going to my first game of the 2012 Angels season on June 2. What the hell is going on I might ask? Well, I enjoy San Diego and consider it home now and I have been out of town a lot on mini weekend getaways.
However, I am fortunate enough to be able to go out to dinner for my friend Sharlene's birthday along with Lisa and then go to the Angels game. As I prepare to head up the 5 to the OC, it is going to be a great drive with awesome weather. I am also reflecting in the days of just getting in my car and doing a quick drive up to the big A with different amazing individuals to see the Angels. Or sitting at Bishop Street in my purple couches with Perri watching the game or having her call me in the middle of a workday to say you need to be home by 6 because I got us tickets to the game tonight.
I know most people find baseball boring but to me it is so relaxing and fun. I also have some of the best memories from going to games with friends and just having a good time.
So I can't wait to head to OC and I am going to wear my Pujols jersey tonight and take my newest toy (my new Cannon camera)!!!
Oh and TX Andersons if you read this I hope you will be watching and may the best team win (GO ANGELS!!!!) I think of ya'll often, miss you tons and love ya'll even more!!!

ReplyDeleteLiz the Angels won 2 out of 3 from the Rangers that homestand. I was there for one of the wins yay!!Yes you must take my little Anderson friends to a game when you can and they can tell me all about what a great time they almost had since I wasn't there.
