Random things and thoughts from today

Does anyone else LOVE it when you change your sheets and make your bed? I do!!! Last night I changed my sheets for the week and of course made my bed and this gave me such peace and happiness. I don't know why but doing something simple like making my bed makes me feel like my bedroom is clean and spotless. I know crazy huh? Can't wait to crawl in bed and read my book.

  A new dentist - I love going to the dentist I know it is crazy but I LOVE going to the dentist. I went to a new dentist near my home early this year and he did some work and I felt it was flakey. He also wanted me to have some kind of procedure on my teeth and felt I was grinding them down. I have never really had issues with my teeth aside from cavities and root canals so he sounded shady. This morning I went to a new dentist in Pacific Beach that was recommended by MR and I feel much better about this dentist than the quack I saw by my house. He said my teeth were in pretty good shape as I have no cavities. However, I have a crown that is cracked and should be replaced so I am doing that next Tuesday afternoon. My top teeth have started to shift - I have not been wearing my retainer for about 11 months. New dentist recommended that I talk to an orthodonist so I am doing that next Tuesday morning. This visit was a lot better and I am glad that I may have found a long term dental provider.

Passat - The new VW Passat is sweet. I see them and I want one. Well I think about the Sign and Drive promotion and I tell myself just drive and drive away. However, I do like the lines look at that car!! Alas, I may just go for a test drive just to say I drove one.

Tomorrow I have a meeting in Torrance and I am not sure how I feel about this. I am working in Escondido until noon and then driving up there for a 3:00 pm meeting and then back down here afterwards. I will officially spend more time on the road then I will in the meeting so typical - - let's have a meeting and make people go a distance for less time then the meeting.

Looking forward to Saturday and celebrating the first night of Hannukah with my family. While I am Christian and not Jewish I love celebrating the Jewish holidays. It is what my family believes and I support them and love the reason for the celebrations and holidays. I miss my annual Hannukah parties that I had at the manor.
